Hello all,
Just to confirm a few points from today's meeting.
- There will be a group of 6 students from Tip, and approx.15 from Photography exhibiting in the space.
- Both groups are hopefully meeting in the space on Wednesday 14th May at 10am. Elnaz is liasing with Blankspace to arrange this.
- The tentative dates of the exhibition are 25th May (Private View 6 - 8) to 31st May. Install can take place on Thurs 24th and Fri 25th, with take down on Fri 1st June. The exhibition is to be invigilated by students from both courses and a timetable will be drawn up. The opening hours are likely to be Sat - Thurs, 12 - 4 (this is all TBC). Hopefully the cost can be brought down to around the £200 mark - I will take this up with Blankspace after speaking to Jane.
- Costings are to be discussed, along with door staff options. I will email everyone as soon as I know anything.
